The aftermath of Danny’s Death

Bruce Springsteen delivered a poignant eulogy at Danny Federici’s funeral on Monday. Now during Bruce’s concerts, both the band and fans feel a huge sense of loss, a loss that Springsteen and the E Street Band will musically transform into an emotional tribute.

These emotionally charged shows will release the “Magic” of his latest album, as these “Blood Brothers” pack a powerful concert to a multi-generational crowd.

The Boss rescheduled the dates of the shows out of respect to Federici. Here are the dates of the rescheduled shows:

Ft. Lauderdale: Friday, May 2
Orlando: Wednesday, April 23
Tampa: Tuesday, April 22

RIP, Danny Federici

Bad news today… Danny Federici, Springsteen’s longtime keyboard player, died Thurday, April 17th in New York. Danny battled cancer for a long time, and finally lost.

Federici has played with Springsteen for 40 years, and last played with Bruce during parts of the show in Indianapolis on March 20th. Bruce often introduced him onstage as “Phantom Dan”.

Springsteen has postponed his two dates in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in order to pay his respects to his friend. Stay tuned for dates of the rescheduled shows.
